The story of Curio begins with our founder, Shalini Misra, who spent almost three decades seeking out talented craftspeople for her interior design projects.
Curio is the culmination of this quest, bringing together the work of emerging and established creatives who share a belief that handmade objects and finishes can enrich people’s lives. The pieces we have assembled are not only beautiful to look at, but also carry stories of cultures, materials, tools and techniques. Our mission is to bring new communities of makers, aesthetes and creative patrons together to celebrate human creativity and craftsmanship.
